Specific services and available times are confirmed when booking.

Can I visit without an appointment?

If time is available, we may accept a vehicle without an appointment. Booking in advance reduces waiting time and allows us to prepare the necessary materials, equipment and estimated working time.

How can I find out the cost?

Before work begins, we provide a price or preliminary estimate. Vehicle details, wheel size, a description of the problem and an initial inspection may be required.

The final price depends on the agreed scope of work, the vehicle’s actual condition and the selected materials and spare parts.

Can the price change during repairs?

Yes, if diagnostics or disassembly reveal hidden faults or additional work is required. Before continuing, Auto Pulse explains the reason, provides the additional price and obtains the customer’s approval. Unapproved additional work is not performed.

How long does servicing take?

The duration depends on the work, vehicle, condition of the fasteners and availability of parts. An estimated time is provided when booking or after inspection. It may change if additional faults are found or parts are delayed.

How much does tyre service cost?

Auto Pulse’s published prices include:

  • seasonal replacement of four complete wheels — €36–70;
  • balancing four wheels — €35–48;
  • puncture repair with a patch or mushroom plug — €25 per wheel;
  • replacement of a standard valve during tyre service — €15 each;
  • pressure check and adjustment for four wheels — €5;
  • storage of four tyres for six months — €40–60.

These are preliminary prices. The exact cost depends on the vehicle, wheel size and construction, tyre type and additional work.

Can I bring my own parts?

Only by prior agreement. Auto Pulse may refuse to install incompatible, damaged, used or questionable parts. The company is responsible for the quality of the agreed installation but does not guarantee a part purchased by the customer from another seller.

If the part does not fit, the customer must pay for diagnostics, disassembly and other agreed work already completed.

How are spare parts selected?

Accurate selection may require the VIN, registration number, engine details and equipment specification. The category, manufacturer and price of proposed parts are agreed with the customer before ordering or installation.

What happens to removed parts?

At the customer’s request, removed parts may be inspected or collected unless return is prohibited by safety requirements, the supplier’s warranty, an exchange programme or hazardous-waste rules. Tell us before the repair is completed if you wish to collect them.

Will I receive a document after servicing?

Yes. After payment, the customer receives an invoice, receipt or other document listing the work, materials, spare parts and total amount. The mechanic’s recommendations may also be recorded.

Can I receive photographs of faults?

Where possible, Auto Pulse photographs identified damage or wear and may show or send the material to the customer. This depends on the fault and technical feasibility.

Is there a warranty on work and parts?

Auto Pulse is responsible for ensuring that services comply with the agreed terms and applicable law. Specific conditions for work and parts supplied by the service are stated in the order, invoice or another document.

Warranty claims are assessed according to the cause of the fault. Unless otherwise required by law, liability does not cover normal wear, improper use, new damage, third-party intervention or defects in customer-supplied parts.

How can I submit a complaint?

Email info@autopulse.ee and include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • vehicle registration number;
  • service date;
  • invoice or work-order number;
  • description of the problem;
  • requested solution;
  • photographs or other supporting material, if available.

A written consumer complaint will be answered within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at TTJA or apply to a court.

How long do I have to make a claim concerning a defective service?

A consumer may submit a claim concerning a defect in a service within two years of receiving it. This does not make the service provider automatically liable for every subsequent fault. The relationship between the defect and the completed work is assessed under mandatory law.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods and any advance-payment requirement are communicated when booking or before work begins. A payment confirmation document is issued after payment.

Do you retain service history?

Auto Pulse may retain information about bookings, completed work, mileage, installed parts, approvals and recommendations. Retention periods depend on the purpose and contractual and accounting obligations and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Do you service company vehicles?

Yes. Corporate vehicles can be serviced by prior agreement. To issue an invoice, we need the company name, registration number, contact person and billing details.
